Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from FARADBEAUTY. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

If you request a cancellation after your order has already been shipped, the shipment cannot be recalled. You must wait until the item is delivered and then follow our standard return process. In such cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product may be gently used for trial purposes but must not be damaged, excessively worn, or altered in a way that affects its resale value.
  • The product must be clean, free from stains or scratches, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The return shipment must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
  • Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

Tracking Requirement:
A valid, trackable return shipment number with active tracking updates, along with the carrier’s official tracking website, must be provided. If the tracking information is invalid or shows no updates, we will be unable to process the return or refund until the item is confirmed as received.

Unclaimed / Refused Shipments

If a package is unclaimed, refused, or not collected (e.g., from a parcel locker or pickup point) and is returned to us, any return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Missing Accessories & Parts

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • Missing accessory claims (e.g., charging cables) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims reported after 45 days will not be accepted and will be considered user loss.
  • Replacement items after this period must be purchased at the customer’s expense.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@faradbeauty.com with your order number and reason.

We will provide return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Items lost or stolen during return transit
  • Returns sent without prior authorization

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, under the same conditions as returns.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value product, you must pay the price difference.
  • Exchanges for lower-value items will not refund the difference unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at info@faradbeauty.com

Warranty Policy

We offer a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external factors (e.g., power surges)

How to Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact info@faradbeauty.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • We will provide return instructions for inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions. Replacement products may be new, refurbished, or equivalent.
